Park County War Memorial, Cody Wyoming
This is the original war memorial in Cody Wyoming. I'm uncertain of the dedication date, but it's apparently an all wars memorial. The statute in the foreground of William F. Cody was added later.
This should not be confused with the Wyoming Veterans Memorial, which is outside of town and which I've not yet taken photographs of.

Sharp, Franklin, Taylor, Doe, and Kelly, and the bloody 1860s
A marker locating the spot where various Oregon Trail immigrants lost their lives during the Indian Wars of the early 1860s, which were coincident with the Civil War. This spot is along Interstate 25 in Converse County, Wyoming. Some pipeline work was going on at the time, which doesn't contribute to the overall scene in this picture.

Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
These photos are of the city block that is now a memorial to those who lost their lives in the tragic and senseless bombing of the Murrah Federal Office Building in Oklahoma City. It's a powerful, and moving, memorial.
The view from the memorial, looking at Oklahoma City U.S. Federal Building and Courthouse, with the steeple of St. Joseph's Old Cathedral visible to the right.
A panoramic photograph of the reflection pool, with memorials to each of those who lost their lives in the attack.
The former playground of the Murrah building.
